Shipping Policy

1. The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs

2. The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning of items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

3. R.S.H ALARM SYSTEMS SERVICES LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. R.S.H ALARM SYSTEMS SERVICES LTD is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility

5. R.S.H ALARM SYSTEMS SERVICES LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at headoffice@rshalarms.com. Please provide pictures of damages and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

 

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from GracieEssentials.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. We cannot accept returns on cables that have been altered.

2. We cannot accept returns on Software and Licenses.

3. Special Orders or products on sale cannot be returned.

4. Spare parts cannot be returned.

5. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
7. Your item must be in the original packaging.
8. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

9. In the case of a return, there will be a 5% min. charge plus a merchandise handling / classification fee.

10. Shipping costs are not refundable.

11. All returns need to be inspected by R.S.H Alarm Systems Services Ltd technical support prior to granting the refund.

12. Shipping costs for returned products will be refunded once section 11 is completed.

13. Credit to your account will be granted for all returns. Money cannot be refunded.
